The Successful Move of the Ark to Jerusalem

15 David constructed buildings for himself in the City of David. He established a place for the Ark of God and pitched a tent for it.

² Then David said, “Nobody is to carry God’s ark except the Levites, because the Lord chose them to carry the Ark of the Lord and to serve him forever.”
